Thier prices are affordable and they delivery in a few minutes. I find 9/10 things that I'm looking for as they cover almost everything. They had a membership option in the earlier version which offered free delivery and better pricing. I hope they reintroduce it. App also offers a host of bank payment offers so I end up saving a little more.
This has made my life so easy, i can make purchase to my home even when i m not around. I dont have to go to a grocery shop anymore with a big list and a big bag on mu bike. Also their rates are much less then big basket. I compared products directly. Looks like bigbasket is spending too much on advertisements from our pocket whereas grofers is giving that advantage to us. Great initiative guys, keep it up.
This has been amazing experience for me so far. Have been using the app regularly since summers this year. Grofers orange cash deals are great way of savings. They refund if you report quality issues or missing items. They schedule another day delivery of missing items too. Delivery executives are very humble too. Over all I liked the concept and services they have been providing.
They work according to their name, very prompt in delivering. But sad to report that both time I ordered eggs, they came rotten. I had ordered brown eggs , were expensive but I had to throw them away. My suggestion is that do not sell the items if you can’t supply fresh. Thank you for your services!
